I would firstly go the o2 mobile repair centre, where the guy will have a look on Northumberland Street, and see what he says.
He is really good, and will tell you instantly what to do.
But first, check out one of your sony ericsson leaflets for the se phone number and give them a call! (uk)

I still have the problem of my K700 resetting itself after I type in sequence using T9 "[name]...Ü" then moving the cursor for the right.
My Quickshare sticker also became undone good thing it didn't fall off entirely.

i just did and got the following back to me
Thank you for your enquiry - Unfortunately we are unable to repair this handset in house but would be happy to send it away for you. The minimum charge is £37.95 plus VAT. To enable us to send a phone away we would require £20.00 deposit and once we receive an estimate we would contact you. If you accept the estimate the £20.00 would be deducted from the final cost of the repair. If however you decline the estimate you would forfeit the £20.00. We would also require £5.50 to cover return postage and packing.
