Let me explain....I liked the K700 but was annoyed at the Orange branding on a phone that cost £170!! I do not need bluetooth and already have mp3 player and 500 mem size is ok to have a couple of clipped mp3 files as ringtones.
The bottom line is that I considered £170 alot to pay for something was not 100% happy with whereas for £80 I will not be as picky...this may be mad logic but its how I feel.
BTW....yeah for many people the 700 is a better phone but bluetooth, radio and better screen is costing you extra £90 on PAYG. Have also heard that batt life, sound etc better on 500 and in many cases no 2 second delay on call pick up......You pays yer money etc etc!!
