They will want to maximise thier sales of course and to do this they will promote those handsets, which they think stand the best chance of selling well. I agree with meths on this one, this is a market driven excercise.

yes...... although it is quite hard to imagine why their not returning your calls might be upsetting you, I have to say their listing a nokia top of the list is enough grounds for personal aggrevation. GEESH!

Please don't aim at the top floor - I may well be caught in the crossfire!
@all
Basically, many of you are partially right. Unfortunately, when positioning items in the Buyers' Guide, market forces and the views of
the whole handset-purchasing population are the key factors. It is a sad and simple fact that Nokia sell more handsets than anyone and, although I don't have the sales figures, I would hazard an educated guess that the 6230 outsells the K700i by a significant amount.
It also depends on which manufacturers are contributing what to the CPW marketing budget.
However, one thing I can tell you is that there is no internal bias, Nokia are NOT a shareholder, and there is definitely not more margin on Nokia handsets (handsets are not really a serious source of revenue for CPW anyway, it's driven by contract commissions from the networks).
@jontyf
I may regret this, but PM me with your problem and I'll see if I can help, or at least point you in the right direction.

Can always be relied upon to add a sense of perspective....
