I think the best way to re-organise your contacts into the new type of phonebook is to connect your T630 to a pc, preferably with a bluetooth dongle, and then use the SE PC Suite to synchronise with outlook or use the FMA-software (which is somewhat more reliable in my experience). Make sure to back up your numbers (e.g. in outlook let it syncronise into a new contacts-folder and copy that) in some way because it can take some trial and error before it all works as it should and deletion of numbers is a common risk.

You can't use .wav or recordings as ringtone, just found that out and I think that sucks.

Is PC suite downloadable? I got a used phone and no user guide is there a downloadable version of that too??

Yes thats Exactle what I did, put it in the box. My concern was about the battery should I drain it and recharge every few months??
