I use the Car-100 programs. With flip close, jog dial is the gear(up put's it in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and down is reverse) There's two button to turn it left and right.

The car-100 programme works great on the p900 but doesnt work with the p910i,
The bluetooth car programme, again works great with the p900, and is very patchy with the p910i
