Had my k7 for 5 ish months now. As a phone it's good. Camera is ok, but the lens is small, as per all cam phones. Batt cover was loose, but a squeeze on either side sorted this. Screen is excellent, pin sharp for viewing and is best phone screen I've seen. Looked at many before buying this, and not disappointed-yet. Overall :-):-):-):-)/5

It's not really perfect but it's the most practical phone for me -- features and price. I've had it since August and will probably keep this until a worthwhile upgrade is available (not necessarily SE).

the best advice i can give you is dont open the charging cover unneccesarily, otherwise in 2 weeks it wont fit anymore and mr razor will have to do the job for you

The thing about the back cover is definately right. To help prevent constantly removing the cover, get a case for the phone, there are some great cases around that allow full freedom and have no zips/clips - and don't change mobile phone strings so often.

Otherwise, if you're not too fussed about the camera and other things, it's an excellent phone. However, I know lots of people demand a lot from their phones, which to me, seems rediculous. If you want to take real photos, buy a camera, there is a reason why they exist. And if you want to play music, buy an MP3 Player or Discman, the functions on the phones are realistically only designed for light entertainment whilst waiting for a bus.

The keypads have no space between them vertically. Fortunately I don't have large thumbs, but I know a lot of people who have difficulty typing with those keypads.

Also, a camera shutter would be great.

Had my k700i from October, R2L firmware. Absolutley brilliant. Not a single complaint. Aesthetically pleasing, very fast, extremely reliable.
Battery also lasts very long even on weak signal. I average a week or so. And yes i do use it.
