the only way to view a picture full screen on ur K700 is to goto the picture u want to view, select SLIDE SHOW then once the pic is on screen just press in on the joy pad which will freeze the picture! to then move on and view other pics just press in again and it will move to the next and so on!

yup..thats a pretty nice feature. well done SE
but i still cant believe you cant zoom in on the pictures..like in nokia phones. it would be nice to able to zoom in on large pictures, instead of seeing a pixelated "fit on screen" all the time.
i was wondering if there was an image viewer application for the k700 which can do this. anyone?

Will take a look. Otherwise one of the machine heads on esato will have to fiddle with java and VB and make us one.

@andylsw: K700i has panorama itself. you don't need to download anything to get this effect.
in the camera mode, press 3 one time or choose Panorama from the effects list.

@all those who are yet to know, no java 3rd party apps can access the phone's folders and its connectivity ports, ie, ir and bluetooth. So such an app cannot be made. Java apps can however access gprs. The panorama mode is under effects as mentioned, but this feature is missing in k500.

Panorama is a cool and amusing feature that i can't find in the other phones except smartphones by the use of third-party tools. but if K700i used Panorama without limitation on number of attached pictures, it would be better. iac, i already like its feature since attaching 3 pictures generates a ~1664x432 image that is more than usual need.
Hail to
