i just tried a .3gp video at 313KB size. it said "cannot play file"
however the site i got it off did not specify it was 7600, as you said maybe it requires a certain resolution etc

what size vids are you trying to play i dont mean file sizes i mean resolution as in if the vids are encoded bigger than the screen dimensions ie 208*176 then they wont play, the vids have to encoded to the same size or smaller to work or at least thats the case on s60 phones

Most phones support max video res of 176*144 independent of scrren res. Even the k5 has a 128*160 res. screen and it plays 176*144 videos comfortably but the 7600 is a blokia+a s40 at that too so only god knows wat its capable(or not capable) of

keeping in mind that the screen on a nokia 7600 is 120x160 (i think )

It has a 128*160 screen and will take(and so i feel display as well) videos only in 128*96
