Thanks for your info, here is the page you need to visit. Simply enter click the little arrow next two the Drop Down box with the word 'Sony Ericsson T610", and then enter your country, network service provider and choose GSM.

The details shall be sent to your phone, and then when you view the message it will automatically install the new settings.
If that all doesnt work, then post up!

However, in the meantine, I worked out how to do this from T-Mobile's web site! However, I decided to delete the profiles anyway as it was too easy to connect to WAP and, therefore, too easy to run up a bill!
At least I know what to do for next time!
