oh dear, ok so that this can get back on track it was Sheena Easton in her early days at a music store where she was signing records, and it wasn't just a peck on the cheek either. there is more but I am no kiss and tell so thats all I'll say

These iPods were probably free gifts from Steve Jobs at Apple.

Seems Jobs is on friendly terms with quite a few high up people in the States...

Wired reports that "Jobs had Bill Clinton over for dinner in 1996 at his house in Palo Alto, California. Clinton returned the favor."

The San Francisco Journal says that "Apple CEO Steve Jobs has been named an adviser to the presidential campaign of Sen. John Kerry"

And Al Gore is on Apple's Board Of Directors...

Al Gore joined Apple's BOD on March 19th 2003 (Press release).

I'm not too up on my American Presidential History so I dunno how that fits in with that...
