Just updated to R2AE033 from SEUS. I still don't have multicharacter search (I figure it's just pressing more than one character no?) ... it just switches to the new character. Slight improvement in camera quality in low light and slightly faster, but that might just be my imagination.

Using HK language pack. I have a sinking feeling that the lack of search is because of it, since it's basically a K700c (see my post about this here). Anyone with a K700c on R2AE033 have the search function?

@mers, you are right, the asian version does have a crippled search function. And it has been said in first post mwarner's k700/K500 firmware's overview thread. This message was posted from a K500

D'oh. That's what I get for reading too fast. Time for a firmware replacement. Hope I can get DaVinci to work.

And to try to stay on topic, the R2AE033 update worked like a charm. I did however lose one of my joystick shortcuts (Down) for some reason. Odd.
