oh ok, I didnt knew they were well SE never mentioned them.
The thing is they say 24-48 hours to repair or service.

I used CPW on Oxford St, because the O2 Shop on same street was less than useful.
They had my phone back to me in a day or so (xmas time and I choose to get a sw upgrade. D'OH!).
They seem to laways know what they're talking about, but are a little cagey about specifics regarding software versions.
