Hmm,Tough nut huh?
Try this for last resort, Back up your PIM on the pc, then copy all the files you want to save, Hard Reset, Restore files, Restore PIM.

Ok I am just restarting the phone, I am not to sure this will work?

If I wanted to do a master Reset, Why does it ask me for a code before this oparation will take place?

Best wishes,

Sean

Just confirming and that you are not doing it by accident. Or done by a 3rd party without your consent. This message was posted from a K500

Master reset will make you loose everything, contacts, messages, files etc..... The code must be the security code. The default one is 0000. This message was posted from a K500

Hold on a second. Dont call sir. Of course your phone will be resetted to stock factory. Just like a brand new machine. This message was posted from a K500

Mr. Sean, I strongly advice a back up first i'm pretty sure i mentioned that in my post, i will however check. In ca e I haven't already mentioned it i suggest that you do indeed make a back up of 1) Contacts , 2) Settings 3) Certain files you may want to keep. 4) Programs.
