Hi Guys,
I have downloaded file manager but I still cannot delete the file, I am getting "Access Denied cannot delet selected File"
Please help

Try this for last resort, Back up your PIM on the pc, then copy all the files you want to save, Hard Reset, Restore files, Restore PIM.

Ok I am just restarting the phone, I am not to sure this will work?
If I wanted to do a master Reset, Why does it ask me for a code before this oparation will take place?

Master reset will make you loose everything, contacts, messages, files etc..... The code must be the security code. The default one is 0000.

Would this delete the File? I would not be bothered about loosing messages ect..

Mr. Sean, I strongly advice a back up first i'm pretty sure i mentioned that in my post, i will however check. In ca e I haven't already mentioned it i suggest that you do indeed make a back up of 1) Contacts , 2) Settings 3) Certain files you may want to keep. 4) Programs.
