None, its o2 that lost the customers I would imagine.
Though you have to wonder how they can screw up SMS when everyone else in the world seems to have working K700i's in that regard.
The statement isn't too clear wether its all K700is on the network or just branded ones or even a small % of those branded ones.

I didn't ever have any problems using SMS on my O2 branded K700i, but one thing that always annoyed me is that Delivery Reports never worked.
