I'm sorry that looks like one hell of a hijacked ebay account to me!

"email me because I can't receive messages through ebay"

What's that about?

Is this item in Spain, Australia or the US?

its from spain, i havnt sent the payment yet, it does look dodgy all his feedback is left by himself, and when i ask how to pay then he said through western union money transfer thats when i kinda copped on that it was bit risky, i sent him an email about paying through paypal still waiting to him to reply, if i payed him through paypal would i get my money back if something went wrong

Even though Paypal has a buyer protection programme, you will only get your money back if the seller has the money in his account. Most scammers transfer the money out straight away and disappear. Dont use this person at any point.

@ djspeed

You could get one from eBay if you bide your time and play it safe by only dealing with sellers with very good/high feedback ratings.

I bought my S700i for £250 (Buy It Now) and it turned up with the box still sealed. It was Vodaphone but gbrooks3 unlocked and flashed it to de-brand it for me.

I bought a second S700i for £240 (Gen SE & unbranded) but it was'nt in A1 condition...so i resold it on eBay for £290 !!!

So good deals can be had if you choose carefully and don't enter in to the fist offer you see.

Hope this helps!

Oh yer....The S700i is superb.
