xhtml browsers can view web pages and thats why the html light version is for handhelds...read at the bottom of page if you are on pc...it says forum light for handhelds and gives the addy. Handhelds should ideally apply to pdas tho but nowadays mobiles aint far so i believe its meant for wap users with xhtml browsers
