0.3 megapixels which means both have VGA resolution (640x480).
I've got a Z1010 myself and I'm really pleased with it. And it was cheap too, not even £100.

Take the Z1010. It's an amazing 3G mobile. And please forget this bugy-phone called K700i. The network-brandings on this mobile are destroying its functions. It looks cheap and it has many bugs. The Z1010 would be my first choice.

The R1HO15 firmware has a lot fo bugs, well the phone I have anyway. Sometimes, when I dial a number to make a call, it wont dial and just disconnects regalrdess of what number I dial. The R1K010 is much improved and if buying Z1010 you should try to upgrade the firmware to R1K. Phone is excellant but I was the first to say the size wouldnt matter but boy I was worng, i found the phone to be quite big like a brick.
