thanks guys,JB s700 is kind expensive to me right now, mostly because i'll have to pay a lil extra to use any phone from abroad with my service provider here, but that in the long run is better to buy it at the states than here in venezuela, you'd save a lot more due to inflation and such.

My biggest concern is about the release of a new phone.Because it's kind of annoying to get a new phone and then the software runs out of updates because there is a new phone that is taking the most of the attention from the manufacturer, but if you guy say "go for it"i think i might be wrong as to think on that way.

Well lastly if anyone can help me about letting me know two things,i will appreciate it,first about the text messages ,if it is possible to write the messages in spanish .Im aware that it is a thing of the phone regardless of where you buy it, it is just software so i think that one would just have to switch the language at the menu ,even though,im not sure.I will be so gratefull if anyone can check(thanks BOba for the help so far)and secondly, due to the fact that im learning english as much as possible i will try to put a dictionary in the phone ,is there an app for the k700i which contains any dic. that u guys know?

well thank you so much i appreciate your help and advice

The phone from your country should have a spanish language pack. If not, you can demand one to be installed. Contact the SE service centre for this. :-D This message was posted from a T230

Think of this.. new phones will probably not be in the shops in the first 3-4 months after release. And since we haven't seen any phones yet, i will guess that new phones will be available in may - june at best.

Obviously you still have a lot to learn about the K700i. I just hope you don't be too hasty on your posts because it just shows a lot about you.

The K700i is a well balanced phone - price and features. It CAN play and record up to about 1 hour of video. The battery lasts from 12 hours to 3 days, depending on how you use it. Just remember that it is not a game module or a dedicated mp3 player. It is primarily a phone with added functionalities.
