I don't think it's cancelled...more likely, it's soon to be released on the markets.
On the other hand, you never know with SE...anyone remembers the T36?

Yeah.....if Z700 has been cancelled, then I would expect they are going to launch a new phone with much better spec. e.g. Z700 version with 4096 colour, Tr-band etc.........

When I look at the design of the T200, T300, T600 an P800 I can see a format, a way of design. The Z700 doesn't have these physical features. I think that the Z700 was presented on a moment that SE did not have common understanding yet how there product for the western market should look. Two companies that go into a joint venture with total different history can have growing pains. Killing the Z700 would be a signal that common understanding has been established inside of SE. Just see what happens ! P800 will be a killer

It seems like they are cancelling the launch of Z700........everything about Z700 has been gone from the sony ericsson website, like press release, communiasia site etc...........I have already e-mail sony ericsson about whether they are cancelling the launch of Z700.......hopefully can hear from them soon !!!

Sonu Ericsson Z700 has not been taken off the websites and Sony Ericsson has not canceled the launch of this model. There is no further information about when the actual launching will take place.

By the way, I don't understand why it said Z700 has not been taken off from the websites....... we are unable to find any info on Z700 now (press release, communiasia etc about Z700 all gone ) Any thought??
