I wanted my firmware upgraded and asked how long it will take, she said about an hour but they will close in about 30 minutes so they asked me to come back the next day. I came back earlier the next day and then they told me the technician in-charge was on leave. I was a bit angry already why they didn't inform me the day before. So I asked if the technician is available the next day and they said "yes", so I went back the next day all excited and found out that they will close earlier because it was a saturday. GRRRRRRR!

lol.. aww ... i've asked the place where i can bought my phone to see if they do firmware upgrades.. and they said no, but they can send my phone back to HK to where they got it... but the salesperson said it will take around 1-2 months b4 i can get it back.. haha

K500i and K700i share the same camera. The images taken from these two phones are identical.
