You cannot convert MP3 to MIDI in the normal way. MIDI converts usually convert the instruments from an MP3 to MIDI. Most tunes will simply convert into noise, unless you are converting an MP3 that has instruments playing such as trumpet, bass guitar, etc as these are all MIDI instruments. No vocals can be converted and any MP3 that has instruments other than MIDI ones will not convert correctly.
