Well, if my gh388 works fine since 10 years, t610 should do it too. Guess it depends on fw and batt. This message was posted from a Z1010

The firmware on my phone is R1S001. I am assuming that this is an older version? Lately, when I make a call, it says that it is calling, but there is nothing on the speaker and when I try to end the so called call, none of the keys will respond. It went on for about five minutes. I finally had to pull the battery out to get it to stop. It's never been dropped or mis-handled. I'm just figuring that my phone is on it's way out. Just for info, what would be the next step up from the T610?

(By the way the battery doesn't stay charged as long as it used to either).

I think these are minor software glitches and can be sorted out by a firmware upgrade. This message was posted from a T230

You need to take your phone to your nearest service centre. They will reflash the phone with a newer firmware. This shouldn't take more than an hour. This message was posted from a T230
