i never understood the fuss people make over the sms tones.

sometimes people text me and i dont care about it right away, but other times im waiting for an important text from someone else, so it its in my pocket, and i dont have any free hands, or im busy, and i hear one tone, i know i dont need to get it right away, but if its the tone of the person i need to get the important text from... it will do a diff tone... although if it was that important i could just call...

many samsung phones have SMS tones u can assign for different people

The few on offer are getting a little tired after being in the all the non P series phones since t610...come on SE ... sort it out

there's a symbian application for pxxx series where you can assign a sms alert tone per contact.. how nice isn't?

i had mario land sms tomes on my s700i, you can change them to any midi file you want not mp3 with davinci and setools! go check it out!
