I have tried the whole day, the software don't find the P910, Sony Ericsson Call-Center said that the firewall were the problem.

I have uninstalled the firewall and it wont work!! Tried to reinstall the software.. nothing works!

I find this in another section on the forum. Can this help? And were can i find the "RUN"section in REGEDIT?

I've had the same problem with some of my friends...They weren't using any firewall or even antivirus protection software so the only thing i could try was to re-install the suite, even deleting manualy some of the files of the suite just to be sure that they would re-load for sure. I enen re-installed windows (not clean installation) and nothing happened. Then one day i found out that there where some programs running in startup that wouldn't allow the suite to connect with the p800. I used REGEDIT and removed them from the RUN section, rebooted the machine and then the p800 could connect!!! So just disable all the programs that are running automaticaly when windows starts, check if you can connect and then try enabling each one of the programs anr reboot to see which one of them causes the problem. I think i've might helped a bit....(or a byte, a kilo-byte, a mega-byte... just kidding!!!)

My workmates find it funny to play 'guess how long it takes to connect' whenever my phone goes on the cradle. I have found that the connector picks up dust and debris, which stops the connection. A blow out and wiggle when it goes on the cradle helps.

That is probably the biggest gripe with the Pseries. The connection with the PC.
