ok what ive done: -
i have o2wap gprs settings (there working with opera!) and im using the proxy settings 8080 becuause its err... free gprs!
i then put the p800 on the cradle (without gprs running) and it connects to my computer (ive done the pc gprs thing but dont you set anyhting up in the settings?) i can transffer files and stuff back and forth then i connect to gprs on my phone by starting the internet browser that comes on the p800 and it connects and i can open a page on the phone (i also have opera and netfront on there) but i dont see how i get the net working on the computer i open my browser (internet explorer) and i get "page cannot be displayed" so i dont know "what im doing wrong!"

download modem scripts from
www.sonyericsson.com , install the modem and use Dial-Up Wizard supplied with PC Suite.

Sounds like he wants to access the internet on his PC via O2's free GPRS. He wants to surf on Internet Explorer using wireless internet, right?
There are wizards that come with the P900 and above that allow this to be set up automatically as far as i know. I haven't done it for ages so i can't really remember how it's done though.

jus get a bt dongle, much easier. got mine £6 off ebay.
