SE service centres will not allow you to change lang packs.

Why so? And can't one get it treated to a language pack of ones choice if we update it online?

Then you have to find a sevice centre in Melbourne if you can't wait until you come home to Norway.
Edit: I thought I had heard about service centres changing language packs? Have they stopped doing this?

Some will and some wont'.
It's to do with knowledge on how to do it, wich file to use instead of the one they normally use and will to do so. Some SP's don't help much unless you bought the phone in their shop and even less when it's not bought in the same country.

Yeah i can wait to i get to Oslo. No problem. But its really anoying that alot of servicecenters dont seemto know what a language pak is!
Shurley its got to be some service center that wants to update my phone in Oslo. I mean here im willing to pay some muppets for unpluging some cabels and pressing some buttons! But noooo! Its always some stupid reason! I bett that when i get into Oslo. Im going to hear something that is almost the exact same thing as i heard in Singapore: No you need to do that in Norway. Exept now that im in Oslo im going to hear this: No you need to do that were you bought your phone in Singapore!
It just really gives me the shitts the hole thing!
I mean i even got a waranty card for this phone!
AWWWWWW
Sorry everyone! Sorry but my blood started boiling for a momment there!
