If u've only just bought it, go back to the shop reconditioned or not.
Which shop did u buy it from anyway?

It's from www.virginmobile.com

I'm not badmouthing Virgin, they are a fantastic company, and I've actually got a few thousand pounds invested in them. But my camera sucks!

Buying online is just like buying from a shop. You actually get more rights online with the distance selling act.

The only problem with that is, faulty goods must be posted back to the place you bought them. So I've no problems with posting it back to them for a replacement.

I'm a big advocate of buying online, I think it's great. Just use a Visa card, and be carefull.

Did you try transfering some pic from pc on to phone. Can it be a screen problem and not a camera problem?

Have transfered pictures from my old phone & my PC to the T610. They appear as they should, so it's no screen problem.

Even if it was a screen problem, the solution is the same as if it were a camera problem. Back to the shop it goes!

i would say that if its a screen problem, the colours would be fcuked all the time, not just when you take pictures, so id say that by changing the camera it would be sorted!

Certainly is. A faulty phone is a faulty phone.
Question is how long will it take them to replace it!

How much did u pay out of interest?

It's actually a present from my lovely, lovely girlfriend.

She bought it reconditioned & with her staff discount, so I don't think it was exactly expensive. I *think* Virgin sells the reconditioned T610 for £55 inc. SIM.

Which means technically, she's got to do the returning & hard work. That's a good idea!
