I just stick mine in the case and then stick the whole case into my jacket pocket.

Yeah me too. In fact I removed the clip entirely to make it slimmer. Now the leather bit that held the clip is a handy spare ms duo pouch. I did post a pic of my work in a previous thread about cases. No time to look for it now.

the case for the p8 is much worse. what was the point of making a case without a clip or something to attach it to your trousers?
i had to cut 2 slits into it so i could feed it through my belt.
