You will have to go to the store, they will connect your phone to the computer, and they will run a prog. This will load a new software into the phone. You will loose all data in your phone.

Nope, I thought though that there may be some sort of SE code that does it, im sorry, and unlike YOU and where you live, where im sure there is a Car Phone Warehouse on Every Street corner, people in the UK might not always have the luxury you have of nipping to your local cornershop phone store!
I have as it happens found someone local to do it, £30.00, but then it would cost me that in fuel just to get to my local Car Phone Warehouse and back, plus the money that want for doing it, but thanks for the advice it was through that I eventally got the answer
