Yeah and if you have a prepay phone they send the CIA to track you down and they give them to you personally...
I doubt anyone really has access to your personal information given to your phone contract (they probably do, but they should have it).

Actually no in the u.k pre-pay phones do not need to register a address...but thats not how the service works anyway...you do need to provide an address when texting your order!
