I noticed those redish corners in my K700 too, especially when a picture is taken indoor and the room is illuminated by a fluorescent. Try it.
The outdoor pictures are very good.

it may caused by the environment conditions such as high contrast or luminosity. i never encountered with this problem before either in outdoor or indoor picturing.

I also get it from time to time, but not all the time.
Depends on lightingconditions.
Its not really an error, but simply a matter of simple technique and poor lenses used in mobile VGA cams.

Use neatimage or similar to remove noise due to poor lighting and a good imageeditor to enhance and fix other small errors like colorcast, contrastlevels etc.
