many many people have commented in the "How did you find the Esato.com site?" thread that they found Esato because there was a link to it in their phone as described here though I am not sure if it has ever been discovered how the link got there

Unlikely. They did the update in 10 minutes, and I hardly believe they would spend time creating 2 bookmarks by themselves...

yeah, or they must have did a full sync, so that you will find that bookmark, come here, solve your problem and hence much lower headache for the service guys,,, (OR) some developer at SE, thot that esato would be a great site for SE owners and their problems and added a book mark to it in a firmware.
