GOUTSALAM, i'm also using a romanian mail provider ( www.home.ro) and the settings fot my phone (k700i) are basically the same for the pop3 account, having in mind that u can't use the smpt from that account, but the one from your operator. I'm on Orange so i'm using their relay.orange-gsm.ro on 25 and i'm able to receive messages from the account and also to send mails w/ photos, sounds...

Outgoing server: mail.mymail.ro
Outgoing port: 25
Mailbox: your user name (write only user name not ful email adress)
