Eh?
I'm sure you're not insinuating that the guy who got killed had drugs in his living room and therefore deserved to have his head lopped off?!

it appears that the guy who got attacked was a sex offender and the attacker was heard saying " ive been waitin 20 years to do this" while choppin his head of. the attacker appears to have seen the 'victim' in the street for the first time in years then bought the axe then confronted him then attacked him.
who is the victim

Man in court on axe murder charge
A waiter has appeared in court accused of murdering a 67-year-old man who was killed in a street with an axe in broad daylight.
Joseph Sheehan, 37, appeared before Highbury Corner magistrates charged with the murder of Brian Messitt in Eton Avenue, Swiss Cottage, north London, on Monday morning.
Sheehan, of Belmont Street, Camden, who had close-cropped dark hair, wore white jogging bottoms and a white tracksuit top for the brief court appearance.
He spoke in a soft high-pitched voice only to confirm his identity, age and address.
No application for bail was made and Sheehan was remanded in custody to reappear before the Old Bailey on March 23.
Mr Messitt, who lived in Haverstock Hill, north London, died of severe head injuries in the attack.
In a statement earlier his family described him as a "peaceful and polite pensioner" who enjoyed long walks, reading and football
@dave it is the crack what going around a police forum at the moment plus general reports from the media about what the witnesses have seen n heard, but obviously they carnt say nowt now as its going to court but after the trial the truth will be revealed

I guess we shall see.
It's a very contentious argument, but what a horrible way to die, no matter what you may or may not have done!
...but it does seem too weird to be just a random attack.

I suspect he has some kind of mental health problem, perhaps Schizophrenia. He may have heard command voices telling him to do what he did either because this poor guy was 'the devil' or that the man with the axe had to do it or something horrible would happend to him.
If he hasn't got Schizophrenia, he must have some kind of personality disorder to do something like that in broad daylight in front of people, I personally don't think that there was any criminal intent (i.e. contract killing, robbery, etc.) because it would have been done in less obvious circumstances.
