No need for any help!!!
Sorted it!!!
1 thing i noticed was that when you do phone status now you get information about how much memory there is on the memory stick!!! (YEA)
also ive noticed that i have lost games and the applications on the phone... is that normal??? do you know where i can get the games and application for the phone from the 1s i lost??? HELP???

I made the update yesterday. All the java were gone. I couldn't find them in the menu. But when I was cheking the memory, i had 2.1 Mb of game. I tried to redownload, it said that it is allready installed, i choose overwrite, i played once and then it has gone. So i had to do master reset. Everything was erased, and now i have no prob with the java i download.
On a second V800 which i update, i had no prob with java.

I have the 3 Vodafone games (Alpha Wing, Fivestones and super real ten) showing as locked/protected on the phone and two trailers on the MS. The two apps (converter and world clock) are both also locked. Looks like these can't be sent but they may be downloadable from the SE site via WAP.

When i did the update i had to send the ringtones again to the phone!!!
They hav to but protected to work still
