IMO this did do it on purpose, its part of the ad.
The whole ad was very unrealistic. As if she could have got such a good picture of herself with her phone 15m in the air. If that were real, the phone would be all over the beach.

Either way, it just a simple video, to show how sh*t the video playback is on the K700i. In fact it was probably the conversion tool 3gp that caused the error in the first place.
Anyway, well spotted it's good to know that a company as big as SE make simple / deliberate mistakes. It is, after all, run by humans.
