I just started using this beta version and i must say i liked the first experience. let me play with it a little more and then i shall post my experiences.

Been playing around with BOT for a while. Very much is just for US, like Weather, Driving Directions, Flights etc but hope it´s gonna be more spread later on. Teasers is very funny and Dictionary works very well also. What I miss is an option to copy the text you got on the screen and then paste in chat or another application. In the way how to copy text as I can do in World Factbook.

Thanks for the continuous feedback. I have also noticed the bug about the bots disappearing even after having added them. Will try to get it fixed by the next release (next week).

We will add the ability to take picture and send from VeriChat soon as well.

BOTs will keep growing with time. Teasers was actually only introduced 2 days ago even in PalmOS world where our application has been in existence for more than 2 years.

I have a few more suggestions:
1.) every time you log in you status is available. Would it be possible to predefine what your status would be when logging in or perhaps VeriChat could remember what the last status in the previous session was.
2.) The icons in FC Mode are always the same. For example when the flip is open the little man of MSN Messenger is red when you appear offline, in FC Mode there's no way of checking what your status is. Which brings me to the next suggestion
3.) The ability to view and change your status in FC Mode
4.) more fun BOTs like Teasers

But all in all VeriChat is a great app. Don't want to just critisize when in general it offers more than any other app of it's sort even though is't still a beta.

One more thing. What does add/remove buddy pounce mean. I've been looking for a manual on your web page but could not find it, so I've decided to ask the question here.

Some of the issues you see will be fixed in the next release.

Buddy pounce -
If a buddy you want to talk to is offline, you can set a buddy pounce on that buddy, and you will be alerted according to your alert preferences whenever he comes online.

Since, on the phone you don't have the luxury of staring at the screen all the time, this is a PDAapps only Mobile specific feature.

Bug report:
I've been killing time with teasers again and come across a bug. I was trying to guess a country, which turned ot to be "congo, democratic republic of". I managed to get to "congo- democratic republic of" but then when i tried to enter a comma (,) the system told be it's an invalid caracter (or something like that), on the other hand i wasn't able to finish the game unless I entered it.

I agree with that. Second, when I login and a buddy sent msg during I was offline I got question if I wanna add this "number" as buddie but they are already added to the list since long time back. It should tell me instead I got a msg from And the name, right? Third, I copied Flight status and Teaser to buddielist earlier and removed it after that but they still show up in buddielist every time I login.
