HI buddy
I was also suffering the same problem but I Un-install network set-up from control panel.I am not giving you advise to do the same but If you had used any external software for set up then UNinstall that software see if it works.

I do have to thank Netware (and Windows), though, because their problem spurred me to Google search my dilemma; 'How to uninstall Client Services and restore my login page'. I found Esato listed there and was pleasantly surprised. Not only did I get a sensible answer to my query, but found discussions and forums on a wide array of topics that I, too, am interested in. So, had to say thank you for my first post. I'll be back for answers, discussion or maybe just to read!
