It seems that the 'up' key is stuck. Try to unblock it- press and release it continuously while writing new sms and see if it gets better.

Yes. He is correct. The volume keys are stuck in a pressed position. Just press it again and it will come out. It usually happens when you put the phone in your pocket. It occured to me the very first day i bought the phone.

She had found out yesterday by hear self. She saw that the volume button is stuck inside, and fixed it. But thnx 4 the help.
