use a binami. That is, register in your father's or someone else who is over 18 and close to you. But you will operate the account in their name. That way you are on the perfectly legal side.

I only use ebay for buying my things anyway and have only bought 8 items from ebay, thats why i made a post in laffen's thread thing to ask for a section for items that are for non mobile related so that people like me can sell items and it is completly legal then. Also, i cant see why people under 18 cant use it anyway, if im correct, you can use paypal at the age of 16 so why not ebay, i have 8 posi feedbacks on ebay (100% aswel) and loads more on other forums but if laffen made a section for non mobile related it would help people like me out alot plus all my feedbacks will be in one place rather than on loads of different forums! So it just shows that people under 18 can be trusted as much as people over 18

I dont sell items on ebay anyway coz i need a credit or debit card and i havnt got my solo card yet and also, my mum and step dad wont let me use theirs because of internet fraud and stuff so the only way i can sell items is on forums and places like that. Laffen came into it because if he created a section for non mobile related items then thats when it becomes easier for people like me who are under 18 to sell all there items and in one place!
