It depends on needs. If you need a great 3G phone, buy the V/Z800. If you need a great 3G smartphone, buy either the 6680 or 6630.
Worth mentioning however is the 6680 is larger than the 6681 and 6630 due to the extra front facing camera. It has RSDV-MMC cards expandable up to 4gb if i remember correctly, which are hot swapable.
The downside to the RSDV-MMC cards is the cost. RSDV-MMC cards are only available from Nokia and a select few manufacturers. The 6680 does not support standard RS-MMC cards. Because of this, Nokia and the other companies that make them can charge you a fortune to buy them.
However the 6680 is very fast and the MMC card does not lag. In fact, the 6680 outperforms the P910 and all other current SE phones in benchmark tests.
Also, the 6680 has the better camera over the V/Z800 IMHO.
However, if it were my choice, i'd buy the V/Z800 simply because i cant stand how the 6680 looks and its rather cumbersome size. Also, the 6680 has a rather poor camera shutter and the LED light is next to useless compared to the V/Z800's.
I hope those little points help you make a decision.

Probably around May-June then.
Even though the deal with Vodaphone will have expired, it takes a good couple of months to get phones ready for operators (adding their own branded firmware etc).
We might be suprised and see it released within the next couple of weeks, you never know. The V800 suprised everyone upon its release, no sooner had it been announced it was released within a week or two. I didnt even know it was out until Masseur said it was, of which i went down to my local Vodafraud shop and got to play with one there and then. I was really
