I don't have a s700i yet, so I can't give my opinion.
And reviews said the Sharp v902 is great, and I believed them and bought it. Worst thing I've done in my life. I hope I'll be happy with a s700i.

Couldnt agree more. I've used a friends 902 (he swears by Sharp phones) and i couldnt believe how crap it was. Its also about 3x the size of my K700i !
FutureDesign, you can watch full length movies on the S700i but you'd need to encode them to 3GP. Also, because of the S700i's huge screen resolution of 240x320 a 3GP movie would playback rather small on the screen. Theres a thread here on Esato somewhere which someone posted a way to get around this, but i forgot the link (someone post it plz).
Good choice of phone.
Btw, the QD can play MP3s using apps like UltraMP3, but since it only supports mono sound output (original N-gage supports Stereo) they'll sound crap anyway. The QD also has no radio. Its only really meant for games playing rather than full enterainment features like the old N-gage supported.

AFAIK the S700i supports the usual MP3, AAC, AMR sounds files.
