Ooops!
Sorry didn't pay much attention to your original post.
So you can run Windows 98, right?
run "msconfig" in Start->Run. (I think Win98 has this too).
Check what's starting up.
Plus, check your Virtual Memory settings (maybe none is set).
Just a couple of ideas...

@krubach i can start my pc but my programs and folders doesnt open up instead i get recivin the message . There is not enough free memory to start the program . Quit one or more program and then try again.
