I think he wants to use the cable he used for flashing, to work as a data cable too. Don't know if he can achieve this with this cable...

All i can offer you as help for the cable is that i don't think it is a T28 because it is running through a USB port, also it says in properties that it is "USB Datacable VCP (Com 2)" that says manufacture is FTDI, so it must have a FTDI chip in it. Thanks
