Although i prefer the SE interface ease of use and how nice it looks, i would like to see SE use a S60 or the next version (S60 is on its way out now) and customise it the SE way.

Whilst most Nokia phone owners boast about having smartphone functionality in their pockets from the majority of Nokia phones, only a small fraction of them use it.

I think it would be a wise decision if SE were to give all customers smartphone interfaces, it would give consumers the option whether to use the smartphone capabilities whether they intend to use them or not, AND keep those customers happy who want or need a smartphone rather than buying a P series.

SE could keep the P series as their high end smartphones, like Nokia do with the Nokia 9500, and allow people who'd buy phones like the K750 to choose whether they want to use the phone as a smartphone or not for themselves.

I think it would be best to lock this thread and continue to discuss it here:

The idea of UIQ3.0 is for non touchscreen phones and would give a similar system to S60. I am sure that will release a phone in the very near future using UIQ3.0 that will be a similar size to the K750i but with full smartphone capabilities.
If you want an S60 phone then why not buy a Nokia?

Yes, Nokia is starting to fade it out. The 6630, 6680 and 6681 are some of the final phones which will use S60.

Theres the new version of it coming out, S70 or something which is more advanced.
