The main difference between SD and MMC are: Although they look similar, is SD cards are thicker than the MMC. Therefore, most SD card compatible devices can also use MMC but it does not work the other way around. If your device states that it is only for MMC then the SD card will not fit due to it's increased thickness.
By the way, I am selling one brand new Original Ericsson HPM-10 MP3/Handsfree kit (kit includes 32mb MMC, CD Software, PP MMC Reader/writer, Stereo Headset with answer button) for P3,500. Let me know if anyone is interested. Send me a private message or e-mail me.
I will even throw in Software for converting .wav files to MP3 at variuos bit-rates so you can fit more music into your MMC Card
