at a flea market lol. if you dont knwo what that it, its a bunch (hundreds/thousands) of people and booths of people selling stuff, liek a huge garage said of new and used stuff.
I have seen used PSPs there, and have tried it out, and everything, everything was in perfect condition. would have bought it, but had no money.
