Well, SE support still want me to post the phone to a support centre..

I have the same problem too.
But I did noticed that even if the games and apps don no longer show up in the V800 menus, they might some how still be in its memory.
For that, when I tried to re-install a game I bought, the V800 said it was already installed, and that I'd be installing it over the prévious one.
Some how, with the new firmware, V800 is simply unable to show in its menu the files located in its memory...
Weird.
If some one has a clue...

Strange enough, today, after I restarted my V800 for the first time since update in the apps directory Converter reappeared as Alpha Wings in the games directory.

this is SE United Kingdom CS 08705 23 7237
give them a call i have and i have asked them nicely to sort this out and told them this is a firmware fault and will keep on at them till something is done about it
i have told them if they keep on ignoring us i will be writing a letter of complaint to Watchdog and many Mobile consumer magazines
I will post a draft letter here soon plz support me and send it in to watchdog etc as SE will have to take notice of this problem soon as its not uncommon plus if we gang up on them
