Oh. I've got your problem . somehow find your way to settings and in to language and then menu choose english. You'll have to keep going here and there in settings but You'll know what you reached the language selection because 'english' is written in english. The code for setting the language is in the manual. Try a master reset he it doesn't work

But still i can't write in english when i do some chinese letter comes up!!

I neede the language pack is available from the
website in the support area. You can then upload it to your phone using the sync station.
