My leather magnetic case makes sure the power button never gets pressed, i have the latest firmware, and i also have been using bluetooth a fair bit and the problem started after i started synching with lotus notes on my firms network. I do also think it could be battery related ive done the battery bit now lets see how we go will keep u guys posted. thanks for all the feedback
